Our oldest son became really interested in how to earn money at the age of 5. After deciding that the best way for a kid to do that was to start a business, he began with tie dye shirts since that was what he wanted to try selling. His drive and excitement are a big part of why we are here. We have since pivoted from being primarily tie dye to making an assortment of fabric crafts, quiet toys, and more.
Most of the projects that we sell at markets are made by him and he keeps all the profits from his work. If you would like to know which market you can find us at next, simply message us!
Policies
We reserve the right to refuse your business for any reason, including but not limited to: lack of tools/access to materials needed for the project, lack of knowledge to make project, abuse of the replacement policy, etc. If we don't have what you need, we'll be sure to inform you.
You declare by placing an order that any design you submit is your own work (or is open source) and is not trademarked or copyrighted by anyone other than yourself; and you have done the research to ensure such. If it is not your intellectual property you must have and provide written permission to use their property for the purpose of us making and selling you that item.
We offer two delivery options: Local pickup (if you live close enough) or Shipping via USPS. We will include shipping costs in your quote for each project, and using USPS allows us to have fair prices to ship anywhere in the US. If you wish to use local pickup, please let us know in your initial contact and we will send you an address when your product is ready. Since this is an in-home business, if you wish for a public meeting place, please specify and we'll be happy to accommodate you. Missed appointments for pickup may be subject to a $5 inconvenience fee before setting a new appointment. There will be no refunds on orders not picked up due to the customer's negligence.
We have three options for payment: PayPal (paypal.me/customtreasuresUT), Venmo (@CustomTreasuresUT), and cash (local pickup orders under $30 only). If you do not qualify for cash payment, payment must be received before the order will be processed. Cash payments may be made at time of pickup.
As of this time, our business is small enough that we are not charging sales tax. Please be aware of this for your own tax purposes. This may change in the future without warning.
